Ethergifts operates this website and online store, including its content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”). The Services are powered by Shopify.
This Privacy Policy explains how Ethergifts (“Ethergifts”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, discloses and otherwise processes personal data when you visit our website, use the Services, place an order, create an account, request support or communicate with us.
If you are located in the United Arab Emirates (the “UAE”), we handle your personal data in accordance with applicable UAE laws and regulations, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, as applicable to our processing activities. Shopify hosts the Services and processes information relating to your access and use of the store to operate, secure and improve its services. Information submitted through our store may be shared with Shopify and service providers located outside the UAE or outside your country of residence.
