Order process still life

How to order

From first enquiry to delivery

Branded gifts are not a checkout purchase. Every order is quoted, proofed and produced to your specification, so here is the whole route laid out, what we need from you at each point and what happens next.

Eight steps

What happens, and when

Most orders run straight through this. Where something needs a decision from you, it is listed against the step so nothing waits on a message neither side sent.

  1. 01

    Choose your items

    Shortlist what fits the occasion.

Work through the catalogue and pick out what you are considering. If something is not listed, describe what you have in mind and we will look for it. Send the shortlist over by WhatsApp, by email or through the enquiry form.

    You send us

The items you like and roughly how many you need

    Good to know

Shortlist several options. It is easier to narrow down once you can see the pricing side by side.

  2. 02

    Set the specification

    Product, quantity, branding and budget.

We go through the details with you: colours, sizes, where the logo sits and which branding method suits that surface. If the budget is fixed, tell us and we will show you what it reaches rather than quote past it.

    You send us

Quantity, budget and the date you need the gifts by

    Good to know

The branding method moves the price as much as the product does, so it is worth settling early.

  3. 03

    Quotation

    A written quote in AED.

The quotation lists the item, the specification, the branding method and the delivery. Once you confirm it in writing we move on to artwork.

    You send us

    Written confirmation of the quotation

    Good to know

A quotation is written against one quantity and specification. Change either and the pricing is reissued.

  4. 04

    Artwork and proof

You send the logo, we send back a proof.

We prepare the layout from the file you send and return a digital proof showing the logo at the size and position it will be produced at. Nothing goes into production until you approve it.

We lay out the artwork you supply. Original design work is not part of the quotation.

    You send us

Your logo as an outlined vector file

    Good to know

The branding methods page lists what makes a clean file, including Arabic and bilingual lock ups.

  5. 05

    Deposit

A 50 per cent deposit opens the production slot.

Bulk orders start on a 50 per cent deposit. Production begins once the payment clears, and the balance is settled before the goods are dispatched.

    You send us

    The deposit payment

    Good to know

The approved proof and the confirmed quotation are what production works from, so both are locked at this point.

  6. 06

    Production

Your order goes onto the line.

We keep you posted as the order moves through printing and finishing. If you want to see the branding in the hand before the full run, ask for a pre production sample.

    You send us

    Nothing at this stage

    Good to know

A sample is worth asking for on engraving and deboss, where the finish depends on the material.

  7. 07

    Delivery

Dispatched once the balance is settled.

The quotation covers delivery to one address. If the order has to reach several offices, or an event venue on a set day, say so at the quotation stage so it is priced in rather than added later.

    You send us

The delivery address and the date you need it by

    Good to know

Split deliveries across more than one address are possible and are quoted separately.

  8. 08

    After delivery

Tell us within seven days if anything is wrong.

Check the goods when they arrive. If anything was damaged in transit or does not match the proof you approved, contact us within seven days of delivery and we will put it right.

    You send us

Photos of the issue and your order reference

    Good to know

Keep the packaging until you have checked everything, as transit claims usually need it.

Before you order

The things worth knowing early

None of this is a surprise at the end. It is all settled at the quotation stage, and it is here so you can plan around it.

01

Minimum quantities

Most items carry a minimum order quantity and it changes with the product and the branding method. We will tell you the minimum for whatever you shortlist.

02

Pricing

Quotations are issued in AED against one quantity and one specification. Unit prices usually fall as the quantity rises.

03

Samples

A pre production sample can be arranged before the full run. Ask at the quotation stage so it is built into the schedule.

04

Artwork

We lay out the file you send. Redrawing a logo or creating a design from scratch is not part of the quotation.

05

Delivery

Quotations include delivery to one address in the UAE. Extra drops, event deliveries and individual despatch are quoted separately.

06

Changes after approval

Once you approve the proof the artwork is locked. A change after that means a new proof and can move the schedule.
